Focus on the Ladies. Champion Chelseab.

Chelseab actually had few fights at BFuk and to keep it simple, once she'd shown what she was capable of, meant the regulars weren't interested in fighting her or the chances of newbies going in against her was perhaps too much of a risk, in my thinking.

We already know that my favourite regular Natalie was demolished by Chelseab in her opening fight at BFuk, followed by a dramatic win over Ruby for the crown and her last fight was against Pinkie, a newbie with, what I would say, no inclination of what she was up against and if she did know, Pinkie is one brave woman.

I'm not saying Chelseab couldn't spin a fight against someone less positive than she but I think it would be totally against her nature. Natalie, to her credit, lasted three rounds in a virtually one-sided fight. I'm sure Chelseab had the utmost respect for Natalie until the fight started then she made sure Natalie new what she was up against.

Ruby had already beaten Natalie in, I think, a closer fight so when she stepped in against Chelseab the strength of Chelseab was perhaps matched by Ruby but several opening throws were decisive which Ruby could not emulate though she didn't have much of a chance to do so. The eventual ground fight was strength-based and brave Ruby, try as she might, was held almost consistently to the ground.

When she fought Pinkie, Chelseab was uncompromising: she presumably had no idea how Pinkie was going to treat her, so the fight ended prematurely with Pinkie, visibly, in a state of some shock.

I'm pretty sure Chelseab, when given rules to fight by, could never react to an opponent, the opponent always had to react to her. What would she have been like in a street fight? Only she can tell us but she certainly wouldn't be thinking about losing.

Her matches against Big in the Game Jane, a topless cat-fight and a boxing fight got her to 100 percent in wins at BFuk. Jane was a rookie and her size helped to cushion the violence she received at the hands of Chelsea, none the less I'm sure Jane learned a lot from her fights against Chelsea which stood her in good stead, in fact, I followed Jane's path after that, surprised that her cat-fight notions hadn't been destroyed by Chelseab, and actually had the grit to return to fight again.

The boxing fight was interesting because Jane had a very good style which was kind of wasted on Chelsea, who enveloped Jane's classy style with a sort of avalanche of blows advancing quickly from novice windmilling to the real punch.

A lovely woman who stood head and shoulders above the rest with her hardcore attitude and fight style, lifting the BFuk trophy and will always remain a feast of beauty to the eye.

The Prominent Fights. Part 4

JAMIELEE V AXA

Jamielee and Axa had been building up some steam at BFuk, not having it all their own way but they both had an ' up and at 'em ' style that suited me immensely, so, lo and behold they were paired off to fight.

I had hoped for topless as I knew Axa didn't mind stripping to topless to fight but Jamielee never had, so Axa did respect her opponent that way, when they faced up.

To me it seemed feasable that strength and stamina would determine the winner and I gave the nod to Jamielee but only slightly, so the prospect of a good fight was definitely on the cards.

At that time BFuk, with pressure from the old forum encouraged the girls to delay the start of the fights by circling each other and/or a staredown. Provocatively sexy when the girls, arms akimbo, stare coolly at each other, swinging the butts as they circle each other, racks up the anticipation to such bristling tension it causes ' shivers up me backbone.'

Jamielee and Axa did the start beautifully with intensity, so intense Jamielee just had to break the spell of the swinging walk and the cool stares by lunging at Axa and attacking her hair. Fight on!

As I thought, both girls got into each other earnestly though Axa, as always, very vigorous and aggressive, kept Jamielee against the wall with hair gripping and slapping going great guns from both.

Jamielee, desperately trying to get away from the wall even used her foot for impetus, banging in the slaps to Axa's body; energy unabated Axa threw everything into pushing Jamielee back against the wall and succeeded. Jamielee was getting a tad frustrated.

Jamielee makes a breakthrough with her strength forcing Axa into the sitting position. Firmly in the driving seat she looks commanding and has Axa on the run.

While Jamielee has the top position Axa has never stopped working hair and slapping,

Axa, using her knee, tries to shift Jamielee, her bare stomach showing the effects of Jamielee's cruel slaps.

If memory serves me that was just the first round so two marvelous back and forth rounds to go before Jamielee marches angrily from the arena, some say in tears, while Axa stepped on to the winner's podium with a deserved victory. Certainly a prominent fight in my book.

Middle round to Jamielee and the other rounds even but the final submission from Jamielee.

 NATALIE V CHELSEAB

What can I say about the prominence of a beatdown to my favourite fighter where the brakes are slammed on her promising climb up the BFuk ladder, by a newbie. Chelseab happened to Natalie like a hurricane to anywhere.

And yet, out of her depth, Natalie fought her own corner in the only way she could for three solid rounds while the 5'7" athletic Chelseab displayed her ability to move up and down the gears from ordinary to hardcore depending on how far Natalie wanted to push her.

No doubt the sturdier body of Chelseab was an indication possibly of superior strength to the slimmer 5'9" Natalie but when it came to stamina Natalie had plenty of that: so, it transpired, had Chelseab.

When it came to slapping, the shortest distance between two points is more effective for Chelsea, while the roundhouse slaps, almost girly, from Natalie compared to the instinctive heel of the hand punch ( slap ?- ho ho! ) to her chest from Chelseab was making a huge difference.

Yet, Natalie, without changing her tactics, held her ground in the stand-up taking a lot of punishment and to her credit it was Chelseab who was forced, or became fed up battering Natalie, to take her to the deck where Natalie became pinioned, still fighting from the bottom.

Score: All three rounds to ChelseaB before the submission from Natalie.

I think Natalie new quite early on that Chelseab was a fight category above her but she put her game-face on and withstood the onslought with courage above and beyond. Usually Natalie took her punishment and ended up the winner as her opponent could not compete with her stamina: against Chelsea, never!

Even in defeat she's still my favourite, but I was pretty glum watching Chelseab take Natalie apart, though I'm proud of the stance Natalie took against hardcore when she could have, and perhaps should have said ' I give ' a lot sooner.

Chelseab and Ruby both had the beating of Natalie which paved the way for their fantastic championship meeting.

The Prominent Fights. Part Two

Ruby versus Chelseab had the added attractions of being outdoors in a field in a roped off battleground, fighting each other as the captains of two teams in conflict. After some superb throws by Chelseab the girls got to the ground where Chelseab used her considerable strength and technique.

There was certainly a strong element of domination by Chelsea though shared anguish was noted often. Rumours that Chelseab had Judo training seemed likely given her efforts to keep Ruby in check.

Ruby is a strong, tough, fighting woman, but Chelsea's ability to take Ruby down and repress her in the ground battle was incredible and to continue to suppress and stifle Ruby in that manner over three rounds was remarkable.

The tensions on the forum were at a high before and after because of the ' grey areas ' of the rules where infractions undoubtedly did occur, when Ruby's body was literally airborne in a couple of the take-down throws but the decision to award Ruby the fight fell into that difficult ' did not submit so she can't lose ' situation, which I felt was unsatisfactory and so did others on the forum.

The decision was reversed and Chelsea became the new champion. In hindsight, I guess a rematch within the rules would have been the better decision though I doubt the result would have been different.

Probably the ultimate fight at BFuk then would have been Chelseab versus Electra but hinted that there was a friendship between them put that magnificent thought to rest.

All three rounds to ChelseaB.

SAHARA V JUSTICE

We now get to the most petite fighter of the ladies at BFuk, Sahara against another of the smaller women around at the time, newbie Justice but she was quite a bit heavier than Sahara. This exhausting bitter struggle went on for such a long time, I can only believe these stubborn girls wanted to continue the fight to try for a winner.

I think this fight merits prominence in the annals of BFuk not because it had explosive or controversial content, it was simply a dour, long struggle, most of it stand-up and strength, of hair pulling for advantage with hard slapping.

Sahara started in a big way but the more she showed her moves the more a stubborn Justice adjusted, so Sahara was forced into a long hard struggle.

My impression is that these two ladies wanted to carry on fighting and BFuk merely complied with their wishes and kept the camera rolling.

Maybe wishful thinking on my part but I venture to describe the fight as developing into a bitter struggle between two women who stoutly believed one was better than the other and both were determined to fight on until one submitted.

Score: First round narrowly to Sahara, the other two even.

It's not often that two women finish their BFuk cat-fight with the sweat seen to be showing but Sahara and Justice did just that. Both girls looked exhausted, hair in disarray and slapped raw.

A fascinating fight with Justice learning as the fight progressed and Sahara, with her extra experience having to cope with a newbie who was fit enough to match Sahara's steely determination to the end, earning herself a draw against an esteemed BFuk fighter.

CARMEN V FAITH

The rematch between Carmen and Faith is a fight to which I would give prominence because it was a huge seller according to BFuk.

Carmen would not forgive me if I said it was a beat-down but this fight was their rematch and the fight took a different tack from their first fight which Faith won but it was apparent there was a growing dislike between the two and by the time the rematch took place these two had a grudge to settle.

As you can see the clothing the ladies wore was not haute couture but the shirts were fairly easily removed as the fight wore on, which, if they are willing to fight topless, is as it should be and the stockings certainly were a bonus; two sexy looking women having a grudge fight is definitely a turn-on in my book.

Carmen dug into Faith's hair and rarely let go leaving Faith to make the moves which were significantly effective throughout the fight and Carmen received a beating which she took stoically.

Faith looked on top of her game, took the pain of Carmen gripping and pulling her hair, to punish Carmen severely for maintaining her hair-pulling strategy.

Score : All three rounds to Faith.

The fight ended with Carmen still able to have harsh words with Faith who was dismissive, sexily walking about flexing her (perhaps injured) arm as Carmen stomped off-screen.
